I like how relaxed they are here not all uptight and strict they let me have visitors and my cousins even stayed the night a couple of times friendly staff and nice clean rooms

Hahaha! Co-Hi have their own version of StP's Midway Motel... BRING OUT DA HOEZ!!! (Bed smells like tuna & chz casserole complete with what looks like parmesean crust on top to match). Worth the price of the room alone for the FREE bedbug tap-dancing show; Or better yet, stay up even later till dawn breaks to see them battle the fleas in a reenactment of the battle of Gettysburg! If the kids like that, they'll get kick out of the 2am parking lot hamburger pamp show too (The big, bad Dolemite would be proud)! Lots of action around here and you can see the whole show from your window!

The guy at the front desk seems mean but he is a great guy and down to earth, the rooms are a lil dated but keep up well.....I loved the fact that you get your own privet entry

They have smoking and non smoking rooms very clean rooms and nice area a lot of restaurants near by and the owners are good people

This place is cozy comfy almost so much that one could call it home away from home whether your homeless and need a affordable place for the night or if your on town for BUSINESS or vacation this place is both affordable and family friendly service for all no one type of person turned away single rooms starting at 80.00 per night and double beds at 100.00 a night . also have weekly rates stop in the office and visit any one of the family run members to discuss rates I would recommend this place to ANYONE fast friendly service clean rooms plenty of parking for all your needs whether it be your personal vehicle, rv, truck, box truck. Don't be afraid to ask in the office if you have any questions as they are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area they even have a couple of Tennant's that live there so go ahead give them a try and you shouldn't be disappointed. Tell em Johnny sent you :) PS there is a microwave by one of the rooms for motel use also and for the price you can't complain trust me as I've had worse may not be the best or most luxurious I promise one thing they will make you feel at home

Sure, it was a little more spendy then I was hoping for from the reviews. But the reason I gave it five stars because, apparently the have new owners or something. because I got a brand new room, new floors, tile, bathroom fixtures and very clean. And Mike at the desk was very helpful. Thanks starlight.
